The Casual Sundays Class selects materials that guide them in the context of a Christian life. The class includes young or younger adults, married and single, and is led by members of the class.
The Pathways Class is an inter-generational, discussion class that explores the God questions of contemporary life.
The Hood Fellowship is a discussion class, the members select a book to guide discussion and generally rotate between a book about our lives as Christians and books that lead deeper into the Bible. This class includes people of diverse ages, mostly over 50. The Hood Fellowship was named after the mentors who started the class, Dr. F. Redding and Virginia Hood.
Covenant Bible Study is a comprehensive study emphasizing the Biblical Concept of covenant as a unifying theme through both the Old and New Testaments. The first module, Creating the Covenant, discusses the Genesis origin story, the Exodus narrative, the teachings of Moses, the Gospels of Matthew and Mark, as well as other books from each Testament that focus on the foundation of Christian Faith. It includes 12 sessions in the Fall and 12 in the Spring. Classes are available in person or on Zoom, Thursdays from 2:30 – 4:00 p.m.
