WELCOME TO CROWN HEIGHTS Christian CHURCH CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
Crown Heights Christian Church is a place where children grow in faith through age-appropriate Bible based curriculum. Let us help your child discover God and Jesus story through engaging Sunday school lessons, music and a welcoming sense of community in and around our church.
Program Offerings
We offer several different programs for all age groups:
Illumin8
Illumin8 is our program for kids in grades 1 through 3. Illumin8 takes place during our Sunday morning
services, after the children’s moment. Each week we use age appropriate curriculum that help students
engage with the bible in brand new ways.
rooted
Rooted is our program for youth and teens grade 6 through 12. Rooted meets on Wednesday
evenings from 6:30pm-8:15pm. Each week we strive to make church a safe place to learn, grow and
develop our faith while also being empowered to ask questions and communicate with their neighbors.
Sunday school
Sunday School is open to students grades 2 through 5. It takes place on Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:00am.
Youth SUNDAY SCHOOL
Youth Sunday School is designed for students in grades 6 through 12. They meet in the Youth Room at 9:30 on Sunday mornings.
Children's choir
The Children’s Choir is open to children 3 years old through 5th grade. It takes place on Sunday mornings from 10-10:30am.
SUNDAY MORNING CHILDCARE
We offer childcare in our nursery on Sunday mornings, beginning at 9:15am until the end of the service. Childcare is available for children in kindergarten and younger.
